TNS Acquired Compete.com
Tuesday, March 4th, 2008Taylor Nelson Sofres (TNS), the company headquartered in London, with 14,000 employees in more than 70 countries and global sales of about $2 billion, has acquired Compete.com for alleged amount of $75 mln.
About year ago Hitwise, another web analytics company, was acquired for US$240m in cash by consumer data giant Experian.

Surging Online Game Market in China
Monday, March 3rd, 2008 China’s online game market reached $2 billion in 2007 from about $800 million in 2006. We expect the China’s online game market to reach $3 billion in 2008 and quadruple in 2012 from the level of 2007.
